Ephesians 4:26- 27King James Version (KJV)

26 Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:

27 Neither give place to the devil.

Don't let the sun go down when you are angry, always be happy and delight in God. Praise God, stop dwelling on the situation or the person just start praising God at starting you feel nothing is happening but there is a shift in spirit realm and you will never be same. 

Anger will make you hurt someone or somebody or yourself.
